Pokud v\u0161ak vezmete ketogenn\u00ed dietu z toho spr\u00e1vn\u00e9ho konce, m\u016f\u017eete o\u010dek\u00e1vat jenom sam\u00e9 v\u00fdhody. Hubnut\u00edm to za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 Kdy\u017e budete br\u00e1t tohle stravov\u00e1n\u00ed jako zm\u011bnu \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu, m\u016f\u017eete o\u010dek\u00e1vat, \u017ee va\u0161e zdrav\u00ed se bude celkov\u011b m\u011bnit k lep\u0161\u00edmu.
